As part of our mission, we are here to help file your insurance claims as needed. Payment is due at the time
of treatment unless other financial arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.
Payment options include:
Cash
Check
Credit Card
Care Credit- which is out of office financing, offering a monthly payment
plan
and
is usually interest free or take advantage of the extended
payment plan with a low interest rate.
Insurance:
We participate with Delta USA, Delta Premiere and the Delta Healthy
Kids Program.
Dr. Angela Santini participates with the above mentioned insurance
companies and also with MetLife.
All other insurance claims are processed for you expediently.
